With this unique platform, the teachers can actually educate students from all over the world. Not only that, they will be able to set their own earning potential. How You Will Be Teaching
Since the pandemic, more states have assigned money for homeschooling. You can check the availability of these funds in your state through the link below. Use this as a tool to help establish your student base. Once you’re in the program, you will be able to get into your back office through the FMS Vortex system. This is where you will get your own Zoom link and find training to set up your YouTube Channel you will use for teaching.
On videos on your channel, you’ll tell us about yourself, what grades you want to teach, subjects you’re enthusiastic about and let us see the techniques that make you a good teacher. We want high quality teachers but we also want teachers who can make a subject exciting and make the student want to learn. In addition, your ability to interact with students and parents has a direct influence on your pay. Your earning potential increases the more you are able to engage and interest the student.
We will be publishing our Teachers on our website and looking to get them media exposure. Compensation will be yours as this attention may drive some students directly to you.

Pay For Online Teachers
Like any program or job, you want to know what you will make. This program operates no differently. As an Independent Contractor, your pay is very good and depends on you. As a result, you can earn as much as your time permits. With each class accommodating up to 500 students and your capacity to teach various grades and subjects, your earnings are limited by your ability to bring students to your platforms.
Furthermore, through our FMS Vortex platform, you’ll gain access to additional programs that you can market. Beyond accessing and promoting the teaching platform to acquaintances and advertising yourself, you’ll also have access to these internal programs within FMS Vortex. The decision is entirely yours. As an independent contractor, your earning potential in this program is virtually boundless. It is really how much you want to work.
The Pay Structure For Teachers
- As a student Accesses a Class, $.50 is Credited to the Wallet of the Teacher. So if you are teaching 50 students in a class, it is $25 for that class. 100 would be $50, 500 would be $250.00.- You get the idea. The maximum for any class session allowed is 500. More than that are assigned to another class.
- In Grades 1 through 8- students are allow to attend up to 5 classes a day.
- In Grades 9 thru 12- students are allowed to attend up to 6 classes daily.

- In the FMS vortex platform, you have access to many goods and services that you can market all over the world. So, the income potential is really astounding.
Requirements For Teachers:
We intend that our online education alternative will stand out as exceptional and distinct from any other platform. Therefore, we seek instructors, teachers, and tutors who have exceptional qualities. We want individuals who are loving, compassionate, exciting, enthusiastic, and well-educated, to join our program. Furthermore, we do not want and will not accept individuals who are motivated solely by a paycheck.
The way we structure our program means that only exceptional teachers will achieve the pay amount they are looking for. It’s crucial for you to understand that your ability to attract students is most important. While marketing efforts will bring students into the program, the decision to choose you as their teacher rests solely with you. Remember, your earnings are based on the number of students you attract, not per class.
Here is the Criteria we are looking for in our online teachers:
- A 4-year degree in teaching
- Experience in the teaching. College graduates and retired teachers are also encouraged to apply.
- A real love of teaching that shows on your video.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. This is the payment structure that will be used.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and a video that shows your love of teaching and your talent for teaching, and also introduces yourself to potential students and parents. (There is training for this.)
- You must be dedicated and committed to the program.
- You must be willing to set a higher standard in teaching and education than is found in tradition school systems we have now.
